Creating User Assistance with Agile Teams

Technical communicators are often called on to support agile development teams. At WebAssign, we transitioned to agile software development several years ago. Over that time, many things have changed: our relationship with the development and user experience teams, the teams’ approaches to agile development, and the kinds of user assistance we’re delivering. Through those changes, I’ve learned something about what works and what doesn’t.
